The Director of Operations handles operational and administrative complaints, such as issues with tuition billing, registration processes, or record keeping. The Program Coordinator manages all academic grievances, including problems with the delivery of educational services, classroom instructors, or clinical experiences.
Students and prospective students are encouraged to discuss and resolve concerns directly with the parties involved before escalating to a formal grievance. All formal grievances must be submitted in writing, signed, and dated by the complainant before being presented to the Program Coordinator.
The school will respond to complaints within 30 days. If necessary, a written response will be provided to the student.
